Lines form where muscles fold the skin, and volume sits on top of muscles that never stop working, in pairs and groups, with nerves and blood vessels running between them. So where and how much matters as much as what.
A physiotherapist spends years learning exactly that: where muscles attach, how they work against each other and how nerves and vessels run between them. Then they treat it every working day.
