Why people come to Physio Healthy.
Four things that set the clinic apart, from the first phone call to your last session.
Treatment in your first appointment
Your first appointment is 45 minutes (£55): a short history, an assessment and a diagnosis, then hands-on treatment the same day. You’re shown what’s going on, so you know why each exercise matters.
Experienced, registered physios
Founder Roberto Di Gregorio is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and Physio First, and a Physio First Quality Assured Practitioner: he submits patient outcome data that is audited against a benchmark of quality treatment.
Three types of shockwave in one clinic
Focused, radial and EMTT, for tendon problems that won’t settle: heel, Achilles, tennis elbow, knee, outer hip and shoulder.
Usually seen the next working day

What we treat
Pick your complaint to see how we approach it.

Your rehab doesn’t stop at the treatment room door.
Pain usually starts somewhere other than where you feel it, and it often comes back when the muscles around it aren’t strong enough. So once the pain settles, we load it properly.
That happens in our own private gym, never more than three people at a time, with a physiotherapist next to you. No photocopied sheet of exercises, and no guessing whether you’re doing it right.

Good to know before you book
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book directly with us.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the problem. We’ll give you our honest estimate at the end of your first appointment. Many people need somewhere between three and six sessions.
What should I wear?
Something comfortable that lets us see and move the area we’re treating, such as shorts for a knee problem or a vest top for a shoulder.
Can I use my health insurance?
Yes. We treat insured patients with most major insurers. Check your policy first.
Ready to get it looked at?
Book online in a minute, or give us a ring. We’ll usually see you the next working day.
