Meet Roberto.
Roberto Di Gregorio founded Physio Healthy with one idea: one therapist who can take you all the way, from treating the injury to getting you strong again. He combined physiotherapy with more than 15 years as a personal trainer and masseur, so your rehab doesn’t stop at the treatment couch.
He holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and has worked on stroke and neuro wards, and with adults with acute mental health needs and learning difficulties. Later he trained as an aesthetician with Derma Medical, because aesthetic treatment comes down to the same thing he works with every day: how muscles move.
Today the clinic brings physiotherapy, aesthetics and a private gym together under one roof at Kings Weald Community Centre.

One roof, one way of working.
Most clinics deal with the thing you walked in with. We want to know how you’re put together, how you move and what led to the problem in the first place, because that’s what decides whether it comes back.
We don’t stop when the pain does.
We get you to the level where you can carry on moving, training and living the way you want to. If that means a few sessions in our private gym down the corridor, it’s right there.
Physiotherapy, a small private gym and aesthetic treatments sit in one building at Kings Weald Community Centre. Same team, same way of thinking: start from how your body actually works.

What ‘Quality Assured Practitioner’ means.
A plain-language explanation of one of the logos you’ll see on our door.
Outcomes measured
As a Physio First Quality Assured Practitioner, Roberto collects outcome data from his patients.
Checked against a benchmark
That data is audited against a benchmark of quality treatment, in a scheme run with the University of Brighton.
Renewed, not a one-off
The status has to be kept up, so it reflects how the clinic works now.
